1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Magic Sticker Printer (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Magic Sticker Printer is a voice-activated sticker creation application that uses AI to generate images from voice descriptions, which can then be printed on compatible thermal label printers. The App offers both free and premium subscription tiers.
3. User Accounts
You may use the App anonymously with limited features, or create an account for full access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Premium features are available through in-app subscriptions managed by the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
- Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Magic Sticker Printer and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Stickers you create using the App are yours to use for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. AI-Generated Content
Images generated by the App are created using artificial intelligence. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be free from errors, biases, or unintended outputs. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before printing or sharing.
8. Children's Safety (COPPA)
Magic Sticker Printer complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Users under 13 require verifiable parental consent to use the App. We implement age verification and parental controls to protect children's privacy and safety. See our Privacy Policy for details.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magic Sticker Printer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, printer damage, or interruption of service.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
